 4.0 hours per day is what is figured for the guaranteed completion times Monday - Friday. The vehicle must be dropped off by 9:00 am to qualify for that day to be used towards the completion time. Add 5 days for vehicles towed in. If repairs exceed $2,500.00 or your insurance company does not participate in the Hansen Collision "Service Plus" program, the vehicle is not eligible for the guaranteed completion date. Vehicles with parts on backorder or other unforeseen problems beyond our control are not eligible for the guaranteed completion date.
